Cecilia is the official contact person for the site. She is Maximilian (Max) Sanchez' mother, who has sponsored this website. Max has four siblings, who help to keep their mom busy. Max's family is very close, and with the help of his step-dad, David, they have been a strong source of support for one another.

Diane is one of the main coordinators of events. She keeps the list of participants current, is involved in public relations and press releases. She is Michael (Mikey) Heyerdahl's mother. Mikey has a brother, Robert, who is continuing in his academic studies, while remaining a source of comfort and rock of stability for his mother to lean on.
